RainTree Quilting opened in January 1998. Not only Juneau's premier quilting store, we are also Juneau's exclusive dealer of Bernina sewing machines. Our store provides everything you need to quilt, including sewing machines, notions and tools, books and patterns, as well as the latest in contemporary and traditional fabrics.
Annette Coggins is the owner of RainTree Quilting. Annette has been sewing since she was a small child and quilting seriously for over 20 years. Before purchasing RainTree Quilting, Annette owned and operated a boat canvas and upholstery business. She loves all sorts of fabrics and is working to add more diversity to the store's fabric selection. Annette's dream: going to Africa “on fabric safari”!
Willa Allison is our store manager. Willa has been quilting for 25 years and started working at RainTree Quilting shortly after the store opened. She especially loves handquilting and handwork as well as antique quilts and miniatures.
