RainTree’s 2011 Block of the Month
RainTree’s 2011 Block of the Month (BOM) will start April 2rd; 10-10:30am
This year’s BOM is the Tonga Rhapsody Quilt pattern by Wing & a Prayer Design and features 12 different Timeless Treasures Tonga Batiks. Each month you will receive the pattern and fabric to complete a block. At the end of the 12 months you will have received the fabrics for the entire 96”x106” finished quilt. Each month meet at RTQ on the first Saturday from 10-10:30 for an overview/demo of the block and bring your previous month’s completed block for a chance at door prizes. The cost is $23.95/month.

This class is for Kids ages 10 and up who have completed Kids' Camp II or who have previous sewing experience through any of Ms. Buck’s sewing classes at school. Students will make Footie pajamas. RainTree Quilting will provide BERNINA sewing machines.

Create a pullover kuspuk that is unique, beautiful and fun to wear! You will learn to fit the pattern, cut & sew your garment. You will also get to see and learn different ways of trimming your kuspuk. Students should have garment sewing experience.
