Mastery B:  Practical Stitches-Hems and Finishing

Strip piece this easy round centerpiece to fit your decor or use as a gift.  It is sewn and turned-so not binding, a 1/4" topstitch finishes it.  Past participates say this pattern is addictive! 

Create a pullover kuspuk that is unique, beautiful and fun to wear!  You'll learn to fit the pattern, cut & sew your garment.  You will also get to see and learn different ways of trimming your kuspuk.  Students should have taken the Camp Shirt Class or have experience sewing garments.

Have you looked at all the beautiful fusible applique patterns and kits and wondered how to get started?  This class will teach you the basic techniques necessary to tackle any fusible project.  You will learn how to prepare your patterns, about different types of fusible web and complete a small floral masterpiece.

Each month's class will feature a different bag pattern.  Class instruction will include tips on different ways to make or embellish your designs.  Wendy has great ideas for added pockets and trims.  Make a bag a month and learn new skills!

This class is designed for those people who have never quilted and may also be new to sewing.  You will learn about color and fabric section, supplies needed for quilting, how to set up your machine and proper pressing techniques.  You will make a small candlemat, complete with quilting and binding.
