PRE-ORDER POLICY:
RainTree Quilting offers a pre-order option on some of the most coveted upcoming collections. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving selected fabric by paying for a listing up-front, before RainTree Quilting has actually received the fabric from the manufacturer. Since you are ordering ahead of our having the fabric in hand, pre-ordered fabrics will ship once we have received those fabrics here at RainTree Quilting.
The estimated date of arrival is noted in each pre-order listing. Sometimes a manufacturer can experience delays or mis-shipments, and these situations are outside of our control. If for any reason there is an issue with your pre-order (i.e. manufacturer delays, missing piece, etc), RainTree Quilting will contact you immediately to make you aware of the situation and proceed to offer a reasonable solution.
All pre-order sales are final. Pre-order sales cannot be canceled, altered, traded or combined with other orders. We appreciate your understanding.
