Shipping policy

Packages are shipped in 1-2 working days.  If an item is out of stock and on its way to the shop, we will contact you to determine if you want to wait for the shipment.

Shipping Charges within the 50 United States:
USPS orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class or USPS Ground Advantage.  Most packages should arrive withing 2 weeks. However, USPS Mail delivery times are not guaranteed.  We assess each order and choose the most appropriate shipping method.  International order may come via UPS.  Some US orders may be shipped via FedEx.  Orders with APO/FPO addresses and in Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer to be delivered. If your order includes large, oversized, or awkward items, we will contact you regarding the shipping costs. We will email you tracking information.  Be sure to provide us an email address that you regularly use.

Canadian Shipping Rates & Information:
You are responsible for applicable duty and tax charged by Canadian Customs. All prices in US funds.  Most Canadian orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees and/or broker fees.

International Shipping:
We ship international orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail International (1-3 weeks est delivery) or UPS. If any additional charges apply or if your order contains oversized items we will contact you.  Please provide an email address that you regularly use. Customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees and/or broker fees.  We cannot guarantee shipping to all locations.
